Two steps forward, one step back
Two steps forward, one step back.
We often focus on the one step back as something negative, unsatisfactory. (Or at least that’s the way I used to look at things, always.)
The big thing about two steps forward, one step back?
It’s a 50% return on investment.
And that’s something of which you can be very proud.
(Since 1950, the estimated average annual return on investment of the stock markets is 7%.)
